Our profile
TaoMuna started from a simple observation: most Philippine SMEs are big enough to need real HR systems, but not big enough to justify enterprise HRIS pricing. So payroll ends up living in spreadsheets — manually cross-checked against SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR tables every single cycle.
We built TaoMuna to close that gap. It handles payroll computation, attendance and multi-shift scheduling, leave and DTR tracking, and employee and manager self-service portals. Contributions and withholding are computed automatically each cycle, and payslips generate themselves.
Just as important is where it runs. TaoMuna installs as a plugin on the WordPress site you already operate, so your HR data stays on infrastructure you control — no migration project, no separate platform for your team to learn, no extra tab to check.
“Tao muna” means people first. Payroll is not an accounting task — it is how a company keeps its promise to the people who showed up.
